Songwriters and recording artists
Norbe & Freddy (short for Norberto & Friederike Purtschert Barahona) are a couple of songwriters and together with their little son they are a small, happy, multicultural family.
Born and raised in Ecuador (Norbe) and Germany (Freddy), they both grew in their musical skills by serving in church. In 2019 they quit their jobs in Germany and moved to Canada to study the art of songwriting at Prairie College (Three Hills, Alberta). On May 5, 2021, their first full-length album (“Life in Prayer”) was released. Their wish is to see people connect with and draw closer to God through music.
